About Jade
When I was a child, I was constantly drawing houses I wanted to build. As fate would have it, I’d spend time as a choreographer, playwright, and filmmaker before finding my way to real estate and interior design. Working for real estate developers, I’ve helped design a sustainable neighborhood and researched plans for raw land development in coastal areas. I’ve overseen acquisition analysis for multiunit rehabs and managed the constructions of ADUs and vacation rentals.
Recently, I’ve been doing more in-depth flip reports, looking at what exact renovations fetch the highest resale price. I’m endlessly interested in design; I’ll always love fabrics and tile, thrifting, and antiques. I’m also collaborative by nature. Working with homeowners, agents, and builders to see designs come to fruition gives me great satisfaction. I’m part homebody and part adventurer. Traveling with my son and cooking at home are two of my favorite pastimes. Every project is a journey and I never stop learning.
